Just a quick update today.

Going into tomorrow's ECCW event in Vancouver, I have no clue who my opponent will be ... a little unnerving, as I had actually put together a game plan in regards to Cremator and the ECCW Hardcore Title. All that will have to wait until our match is rescheduled (February 29 in Surrey, if all goes well), due to Cremator nursing some injuries that plagued him through 2007. Get well soon, big man, so we can tear the house down!

Meanwhile, the family situation is back on track: both of my little girls are feeling better, and I am just getting over a nagging chest cold. Cold viruses are running rampant in Nanaimo this year ... but I see on the news that is the case everywhere. Somehow, my wife avoided getting sick altogether, which is pretty impressive.

We have both also dedicated 2008 to losing weight, and she has made big strides already: the first of every month is now "weigh day" and she has lost nearly five pounds of fat and more than two percent bodyfat since the beginning of the New Year. Meanwhile, I have started off heading in the wrong direction: losing two pounds of muscle, gaining more than 2.5 pounds of fat, and increasing my bodyfat by almost one percent. It's all in my BIO if you want to take a look and laugh. I have been turned on to some new exercise routines, so we will see how well that works come March 1.

On the bright side, the worst month of my life (as discussed in my January 19/08 commentary), is now over and February has begun. Not only does February bring us my 33rd year of existence (February 20: mark your calendars!), but it brings me back into the wrestling ring; and wrestling is always the best medicine for the Big Bad Sugar Daddy!

Until next time, Sugar Addicts.
